Refund Policy

No voluntary refunds for Go, Pass, or Credits; mandatory cancellation and remedy rights remain.

1. No voluntary refunds

Use of a paid Go access period for even one successfully completed API request makes that purchase ineligible for any voluntary full or partial refund, including unused access time and remaining allowance. Use of purchased Credits for even one successfully completed charged request makes the associated Credit purchase ineligible for voluntary refund or cash redemption of the remaining balance. Failed or uncharged requests do not count as charged usage. An unused purchase is not eligible for a voluntary refund either. Mandatory statutory cancellation and remedy rights remain unaffected.

Outside a mandatory legal right, we do not refund for a change of mind, an accidental purchase, choosing the wrong product or amount, lack of use, unused time or Credits, failure to read published eligibility requirements, or output that does not match a subjective expectation. Cancelling use or closing an account does not itself create a refund right. Actual defects, misdescription, or failure to deliver an agreed service are assessed under applicable law, not excluded by these examples.

Please review product duration, available models, shared usage limits, active-Go requirements, Credit rates, and the payable amount before buying. Buying does not reserve a model, fix future rates, or guarantee a specific AI result. Model changes alone do not create a voluntary refund entitlement; the mandatory remedies described below remain.

2. Statutory rights

This policy preserves statutory cancellation, conformity, repair, replacement, price-reduction, and refund rights. Rights depend on location, consumer status, and whether the purchase is a service or digital content. A non-refundable label cannot override mandatory law. Business purchases follow their agreed contract subject to applicable law.

3. Cooling-off and early performance

Where UK consumer distance-contract rules apply, qualifying purchases generally have a fourteen-day cancellation period. For services begun at your express request during it, a lawful proportionate charge for supplied service may apply; the right ends on full performance only if the required request and acknowledgement were obtained. For qualifying digital content, loss of the right when supply starts requires prior express consent and acknowledgement. Local rules may differ.

General terms acceptance or mere platform use is not automatically express consent to lose cancellation rights. Checkout must obtain the applicable separate early-performance request and acknowledgement and provide durable confirmation. Consumers may send any unambiguous cancellation statement; no particular form is required where law permits.

Activation, logging in, or making a single request does not automatically amount to full performance of an ongoing access service. An early-performance request may allow a proportionate charge on cancellation; it is not a blanket waiver of all rights or a device to reclassify every product as digital content.

4. Product-specific refunds

  • Go: no voluntary full or partial refund is offered for a properly supplied access period, including unused days or allowance. An applicable cancellation right or mandatory remedy for deficient or undelivered service remains.
  • Pass: no voluntary refund is offered for unused, unclaimed, or expired monthly benefits. Disclosed claim/use deadlines apply. Claiming a reward does not automatically extinguish a statutory right without the required legal conditions.
  • Purchased Credits: no voluntary refund or cash-out is offered for unused balances. Credits remain usable under applicable eligibility and agreed conditions. Legally required refunds use the original paid value, taking account only of lawful charges for supplied usage.
  • Unpaid gifts/promotions have no cash refund value. Paid bundles containing promotions remain governed by their agreed terms and statutory rights.

5. Errors and non-performance

Report duplicate charges, access not delivered, incorrect ledger entries, or material service faults. We investigate and correct or provide required remedies. Failed requests are not charged; reservations may need reconciliation. Removing a single model does not automatically create a full-refund right if the agreed essential service remains, but material non-performance is assessed fairly with mandatory remedies preserved.

6. Requests and payment processing

Contact dashboard support or the company contact page. Include account email, purchase date, order/transaction reference, product, and a reason where relevant. No reason is required for an applicable statutory cooling-off cancellation. Do not send card credentials, passwords, or keys. We confirm receipt and explain the decision. Approved refunds use the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed, within the legally required period; provider/bank processing may add time after initiation.

Refunded purchase benefits are reversed proportionately. A reversal after Credits were consumed may create a ledger deficit offset by future top-ups, only for a valid recoverable debt and subject to applicable rights. We may provide accurate delivery evidence for disputes. Good-faith legal claims are not abuse; fraudulent requests or deliberate false chargebacks may lead to suspension and lawful recovery. This policy does not restrict lawful payment-provider dispute rights.
