End User Licence Agreement
Your licence to use WenOX software and CLI, with component-specific licence rights preserved.
1. Licence grant
Subject to this agreement and the Terms of Service, WenOX grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use software supplied under this EULA for lawful personal or authorised business use. The software is licensed, not sold. Hosted service access requires an eligible account and any applicable purchase.
2. Open-source components
Separate open-source or third-party licences govern their components and the rights they grant. This EULA does not remove modification, redistribution, or other rights granted by such a licence or mandatory law. Repository availability does not make every WenOX trademark, hosted service, or proprietary component unrestricted. Inspect the relevant package/repository licence before reuse.
3. Restrictions
- Do not remove ownership notices, impersonate WenOX, distribute malicious modifications, or label unofficial builds as supported releases.
- Do not bypass authentication, permissions, metering, payment checks, or safety controls, or access systems without authority.
- Except where component licences or law allow, do not sublicense, sell, rent, or reverse engineer proprietary components.
4. Local execution and permissions
CLI actions may read/modify files, run commands, invoke tools, or access networks according to the mode and permissions you enable. Inspect actions, keep backups and version control, and restrict secrets/production access. Automatic approval authorises actions without individual review and needs careful configuration. You decide which actions to authorise; this does not remove WenOX's own liability where law requires it.
5. Updates and compatibility
We may update, replace, deprecate, or stop supporting versions, protocols, integrations, and model connections at any time, subject to law and contractual commitments. Security updates may be required for continued access. We do not guarantee every operating system, dependency, or external tool is compatible. Third-party tools are governed by their own terms.
6. Data, termination, and liability
The Privacy Policy applies. Local histories/configuration can remain after uninstalling; you control their removal and backups. This licence ends for a material breach that remains uncured where an opportunity to remedy is required. Stop using proprietary software covered by the ended licence; independent open-source rights survive. The Terms of Service warranty limits, liability provisions, mandatory exceptions, and governing law apply.
