Acceptable Use Policy

Rules against abuse, fraud, unauthorised access, and unlawful use.

1. Lawful use

Use WenOX only lawfully and within your permissions. You are responsible for lawful inputs, requested actions, and deployment. Provider restrictions also apply. We may refuse requests or restrict features for legal compliance, safety, or provider requirements.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Illegal exploitation, child sexual abuse material, trafficking, incitement to violence, or assistance intended for serious unlawful harm.
  • Phishing, credential theft, fraud, malware deployment, unauthorised intrusion, destructive attacks, or security evasion. Authorised defensive research must stay within lawful scope and provider restrictions.
  • Harassment, doxxing, privacy invasion, unlawful discrimination, impersonation, or fraudulent deception.
  • Submitting content without rights, confidentiality permission, or a lawful personal-data basis.
  • Bypassing quotas, rate limits, payments, suspensions, or access controls; abusing rewards, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or billing bugs.
  • Reselling access/keys without written permission, traffic intended to disrupt service, or unauthorised probing of WenOX infrastructure.

3. Enforcement and review

We may investigate, preserve evidence, restrict requests, reverse fraudulent benefits, suspend access, or terminate accounts under the Terms of Service. Urgent security/safety/legal risks justify immediate action where necessary. Where appropriate, we provide a reason and remedy/review opportunity. Detection of every misuse is not guaranteed.

4. Reports and security testing

Report abuse or vulnerabilities through dashboard support or the company contact page without exposing others' data or secrets. Stop testing that risks harm, unauthorised access, or disruption. This policy creates no bug-bounty or safe-harbour promise; obtain written permission before active security testing.
